system/RGSS301.dll could not be found

ive been getting this error everytime i try to start the game ....i tried deleting everthing and installing it again ..but nothing work ...any fix to this? (also i checked and i found that i have RGSS301.dll in my files)

I'm having this problem but with RGSS300.dll
Here the cause of the problem is that Norton is marking the dll as a trojan (false positive obviously) and deleting it. Sadly I have no clue on how to stop it from happening.

You only have to exclude the file from the norton quarantine

I don't have RGSS301.dll How do you get it?
