How to start a game
After you purchase the game and start it, you simply open your web browser on your device and connect to jackbox.tv No separate app is required to play. A four digit room code will appear on screen. Enter the room code and choose a player name and then select play. Once all the players have joined, the first player to join the game must select "Everybody's In" and boom, the Quiplashin' begins!

No reply from the devs since 6 Weeks? Disappointing.

We have no plans for an additional app. We experimented with that for YDKJ Party and people did not embrace it. We feel jackbox.tv is the best solution for everybody

i feel like the game needs a random lobby button so you can play instantly instead of having to find a room code and there should be an option to private lobby so that people that are random lobbying cannot join it

They wont add a lot of stuff, just because their staff dont like it, not worth the time to try and make them do what we want to have, we wont get it.
Why add basic features that they overlooked in development when they can just released a sequel!

I'd personally like that feature. If I had known that I'd have to wait to schedule a group get-together (rare considering my friends offlines busy lives), I honestly wouldn't have bought the jackpack or quiplash. I love the games and all, but what's the point if there's no one easily available to play with? I don't mind playing a few silly party games with strangers.

A thousand times this!
got it on xbox one and only have around 4 friends online and not one of them wants to play it.
and turns out that i cant record anything from my xbox because apparently i need to record from my computer (which is too old to do)
who thought all these steps just to play a simple game was a good idea?

There is no online matchmaking. These are local play party games but can be streamed online for remote players to join in

Force quit and close the game, then clear the cache from the web browsers and try again

There needs to be a steam group so we can have random people join.

I never get the Everyone in and I never get the game started. I just purchased today. What am I missing? And in the documentation there are setting I don't have.
