The same way. On pc, mobile, or tablet.
Yes, you can run the game on your pc, and then simply open a web browser to actually play the game. The game software is hosting the game, but the actual gameplay comes from jackbox.tv
You'll need a way to stream the game software itself, whether through steam broadcasting, twitch.tv, skype or similar call hosting software that allows screen sharing.
Yep. Only you need it. If you'd like a way to test out the game, go over here:
https://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Quiplash
Pick one of the streams, and you can either play if the game has room, or vote from the audience. You and your friends will play the exact same way. It's an easy way to demo the game and see if it's the right fit for you.
It shows up for the first person in on jackbox.tv, not the game itself.

These are local multi-player games but can be streamed online for remote players to join.
