Can't connect to jackbox servers

so I bought this game yesterday, but I can't even get into the game. It said check the internet connection, but the connection was fine, I was opening other web pages. I read a post that maybe I needed to install the game with no antivirus enabled. did that, nothing. Any ideas to get the game actually started?

You may need to unblock in a firewall. What browser and what device were you trying to access JackBox.tv from?

Make sure that the following ports are set to open on your firewall and router 80, 443, 843, 38202, 38203

Hey guys, so I have tried all that and the game still doesn't work...i even recently changed my net provider, got a new router and I still can't play the game.

It cant connect, and the sad thing is i have this on pc/android/and ps4

(My family loves this game)

But when we moved house it just stopped working on all of them.

Please help?

I can barely play the game. I cant connect to the server for some reason. No firewall, no antivirus, powerful internet. Yet it has trouble connecting.
