Game not working

I was hoping to play this game since it had positive reviews, but when I start and encounter ghosts, nothing happens. They just follow me. They don't take any damage by my attacks, and they don't attack me either. I restarted the game and my laptop to no avail =/. Hopefully someone will be able to help me?

Restart your game, it's a "rare" bug.

If it happened twice in a row, that's really unlucky, or maybe there's something else...

I've uploaded an update now, which should hopefully fix the bug (I'm saying "hopefully" as I cannot reproduce it, and cannot verify I fixed it). If it isn't fixed I've also added error codes, so if you encounter it again I will hopefully be able to fix it... but I hope you don't :)
