Can't find Dr. young's office?

I'm stuck where you have to locate Young's office for her fingerprints. I've been told it's the mansion, but that's impossible. If I go through the main entrance the security gates block my entry. If I go through the vent above it, there's a blocked door. What EXACT building do I have to go to? Pictures would be great thanks.
