edit: had another crash a bit later. Turned off PhysX during that section.
Not sure those helped or not.
Nah, truth be told I think the fight is just poorly optimized, everything else runs fine and my PC can handle pretty much any modern game, not at uber max settings mind you but it can handle it's own pretty well with high settings
Anyways, in the end I just lingered a bit more after I become little Bruce Wayne and back to Batman again in that corridor and it seemed to fixed itself, for those with the same problem try doing that maybe waiting for a while and try going in the door afterwards, if it doesn't work try turning the graphics settings down just for that section and then back up again aftewards
Anyways to sum it all up I've already went through the game and also Arkham City, and really the Scarecrow fights are the only things that caused problems, I'm not a specialist but I would take an educated guess and say it's because of just the shear number of sizeable particles in that section like all the debree floating around and when he destroys your cover it's even worse because there are tons of particles that just swirl almost in a black-hole style fashion and then disappear, it's as if when you blew up a wall 100x maybe even 1000x the particles flew around when you did so, it would tank most people's PC's or maybe it's even engine related, like it can't handle it and it slows down, some people even reported it being related to Nvidia PhysX so theres definetly a connection there, nevertheless whatever is causing the issue even if it's unknown at least there's a simple fix for it
Thanks! lowering the settings worked!
