New WIn 11 Home PC won't load Arkham Asylum
New PC. Runs Arkham Knight great. Arkham Asylum errors out on loading with a message that says it can't find .Net 3.5

The core issue appears to be:

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D, Version=1.0.2902.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.


I have verified that 3.5 is loaded.

Any ideas?
