Cannot knockout enemy, cannot move on from area

I'm in the building where Poison Ivy was kept, and there's one lunatic who I can't perform a takedown strike on. Every time I punch him down he gets right up. I can't move on fromt he area and this damn game does't have hard save slots.

coded cheats in an exe file, look for 'batman arkham asylum trainer' on google. Most of them have a one hit kill mode

i don't have this problem.maybe your problem it's just a problem temporaneo.try exit out of the game and from steam.after that restart your pc.when done,star playing batman akrham asylum
