i tried to fined it for so long and i gave up i open my youtubed and i discoverd where it was when i came there it wasnt there ..... i dont know what i did wrong but its not there

Did you first rescue Cash and the guards in the West Wing? After doing so, did you find Dr. Young's office to scan her fingerprints?

i didnt save them i saved them after the 2 mints was over

i dont get it -i went to save 2 guys i did it but only after the 2 mints was over i scand the place and found nothing but in the video in youtube he found the notes on one of the shelves that were in the room

You have to rescue Aaron Cash and the guards (4 guys total) to access Dr. Young's office. If you received a prompt to upgrade to the Sonic Batarang, you are heading in the right direction.

That's not Aaron Cash. Those two guys you rescued are in the Library. Pay attention to your map: go through the South Corridor; Main Hall; West Wing Corridor; Arkham Records Room. Aaron Cash and the guards are in the Arkham Records Room. After rescuing Cash and the guards you enter the North Corridor to Dr. Young's Office.

Also, pay attention to the expository dialogue between Batman and Cash, don't skip it.
