There are actually two non-GOTY App IDs for this game, but I don't think it's possible to add either one anymore even if you have a CD Key. You can still add Batman: Arkham City (non-GOTY) with a Games for Windows Live CD key. However, that game shows up on the Steam Store, but Batman: Arkham Asylum (non-GOTY) is no longer on the Steam Store. I've already tried entering a new GFWL CD key for Batman: Arkham Asylum, but Steam does not recognize it. I also had a ticket with WB DC Games Support, and someone from there told me that a non-GOTY version of Arkham Asylum is no longer available on Steam. One thing I have not tried is to add a CD Key that was from Steam back when the game was available to purchase, because I haven't found any or any evidence of any in the past. Even if there was one, I don't know if it would still be valid since the game was removed from the Steam Store. If you find anything out, please let me know. I'd still be interested to add this game, too.
