Microsoft .NET Frameworek Access to the path is denied

I have tried Everything...

My Specs....

Ryzen 2700x

16gb ram

Rx6700xt

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

I Have given up after trying everything, some fixes work for some and not for other and after a few hours you get confused with what you've done or what version on PhysX you have actually installed.

i had the NET Frame work error, I've had the DX not installed error and when I try and install a version that I was advised to download on google or you tube I get the you have a newer version problem. The PhysX version that comes with the game is the one that works for me after trying others.

At least you get an error-notification. I click on the start button and nothing happens...period. Don't know what to do.

The same thing happened to me as you, I tried several of those things, and I got those errors.
Now it doesn't even give me an error, I start it and literally nothing happens, it doesn't start and it doesn't tell me if an error has occurred. I'm desperate, I have Windows 11.

Right-click on the windows icon down left.
-> Search
-> type windows features
-> TURN OFF .Net Framework 3.5
-> restart the pc/laptop
-> Then start the game via steam
-> it says, you`ll need .Net Framework 3.5
-> agree and download
-> start the game

This helped for me, after all the other tips and tricks did not help. I also tried everything. I even downloaded .Net Framework 3.5 directly from Microsoft but failed to install. This was the only way I could fix it.

We almost have the same specs...well close
I have both Legacy and the normal version of physx installed from nvidia
I use AMD PRO Drivers as i dont give a ♥♥♥♥ about Game Ready drivers...i did the same with Nvidia before
I installed manually both DirectX latest offline installer and Net Framework 3.5
Make sure you have Legacy Play/Components Enabled
Game works fine for me...on both Win 10 and Win 11
