How to Make The GAME work if experiencing Black Screen or stuck on logo glitch

Ive noticed a Lot of people have encountered this, including myself ,but I found a method that works for me personally so if you cant get it to work do try this.

• 1.Testing
  
  First of all make sure in the games pre launcher, Anti Aliasing is disabled and the graphics are set to the very lowest BUT keep Vsync on other than that make sure all Graphic options are as minimum as possible from my experience resolution doesnt matter.
  
  With all of this done then try to launch and see how far you get, if the game reaches the Arkham logo then gets stuck BUT your past the black and brand logos, your on the right track
  
  
  
• 2. Verify game files
  After this verify the game files if steam finds anything wrong wait for steam to patch it and relaunch the game with the settings you previously tried.
  
  
• 3. Finding the settings that work
  
  Once your able to get the game to the menu where batman stands menacingly you can close the game and choose your preferred settings and then launch I personally changed 1 setting every time I launched the game finding the best ones I can get whilst still reaching the Batman Logo
  
  
• 4. Further TroubleShooting:
  If after this the game still doesnt work try alt tabbing twice on the frozen screen and if that still doesnt work do attempt to reinstall all its needed prequisites DLLS and check the games built in read me

If none of this works Please let me know in the comments and I can try help you further as everyone deserves to try this masterpiece of a game

PS . When launching the game DO NOT press anything on your keyboard or mouse until it gets to the point where its stuck or works,

Hi, I did everything you advised, but still after pressing the start button in the launcher, I have a square screen with the image of Batman and disappears after 5-15 seconds. Could you help me?

Im sorry I wish I could but i stopped playing months ago and so im unsure but it sounds like an unsupported graphics card search online !

In the go to party part, my friend, there is the part where we enter the building, in that part everything is black and the main menu button does not work, but the interesting game does not freeze either. When I press the alt+f4 combination, it asks if you are sure to exit, there are also environmental sounds, how can I overcome this, I came to the end of the game, I have registered after here. I will be very sad if my game is gone

hey man i hanvt played this in months and so to be honest with you I dont even remeber HOW to fix it but ill let u know if i come up with anything Good luck
