Is there any chance that installing these latest drivers would effect older games that worked with previous ones? That's what I'm concerned about. I don't want to make other games not work just because I installed something for this one game.

You should only need to install the PhysX driver update. You can install the 365.19 if you want to, but it won't help with this problem.
So this is what I would need to install? Assuming this is latest.

Any game that complains about Physx not being installed when you know you have the new version requires that driver.
Thanks for the reply, but I've since updated the drivers. I just downloaded GeForce Experience and I selected to install the physx system software. Once it installed, Arkham Asylum was able to run.
