The game does not start

I have already tried everything, the game does not start from the root folder, if you run the launcher, it does not appear and disappears from the task manager processes after 15 seconds. Maybe someone has some ideas?

In the folder with the game at the address, for example Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY\BmGame\Config, we find UserEngine.ini. You need to add the following lines:
