Did Batman kill Scarecrow
I mean he refuses to kill and all but he feed Scarecrow to Killer Croc so didn't he technically kill Scarecrow?

Nope.

After the credits one of 3 vids (it's random) plays that has someone reaching out the water and grabbing a case of Titan. In one of those vids, that someone is Scarecrow.

Plus he's making an appearance in Arkham Knight.

PLUS, there's like at least 5 hints in the sequel about him coming back in the third game.
Piggybacking off of that, the section immediately after you get the line launcher, when the prison mooks are waiting for you at the other end of a chasm and you're supposed to use the line launcher to get to them, you can easily Batclaw each and every one of them into the pit instead.

Batman: Man of Peace, everyone!

Yeah I remember that, also in the Poison Ivy boss fight you just kick security guards into a pit as well

In Origins I knocked a cop off a rooftop and saw him break his neck. So yeah, Batman has some explaining to do.

I don't think the developers planned for player actions very well :p Not all of us care about criminal's lives as much as Batman does....

Yes he did. Joker said so to Batman in time of final battle.:crow:

That doesn't mean Scarecrow was actually killed, though. Just that Joker is convinced Scarecrow was killed. As someone mentioned earlier, Scarecrow appears during one of the epilogue scenes very much alive.

Bear in mind that Batman had no reason to think he didn't kill him either, so far as we see. I mean, he did what he did, regardless of wheather scarecrow managed to survive. So it's not so much that he upheld his "no kill" code, as that he apparently tried to break it (or at the very least willfully ignored it) and failed.

This is true. Batman had just as much reason as Joker to believe Scarecrow died.

Although would it technically be Batman who killed him? Technically, Croc did the deed....but Batman did put Scarecrow in that situation knowing the dangers of doing so....

Nobody ever dies in a comic book. They just keep coming back. Same goes for Daleks and Cybermen.
