.NET Framework Error 0x800F0922

When attempting to install the game, I get a message stating that it needs .NET Framework 3.5. When I click 'Install this feature' I get Error 0x800F0922. I have attempted every fix that I could find to no avail. This website lists all of the things that I tried: https://windowsreport.com/net-framework-3-5-missing-windows-10/.

Side note: I actually saw this error code pop up when I was installing The Witcher 1 but I was able to proceed with the game install by selecting the option to skip the .NET Framework 3.5 feature install. Had no problems with completing the install for The Witcher 1, but I can't even get the Arkham Asylum GOTY launcher screen to come up.

Is there something I've missed? Can anyone help me overcome this issue? Thanks!

Open Windows Features. You might already have .NET 3.5, but it may not be enabled. An easy way to find it is to open a File Explorer window and type Windows Features in the upper right text field. Look for .NET Framework 3.5 and click to enable.
