Can't create Logitech G Hub Profile for Batman Arkham Asylum for G502 Hero gaming mouse
I just got my G502 Hero and I am unable to create a profile for Batman Arkham Asylum on Steam. The G Hub software won't recognize the game when I try to scan for new games. I tried manually adding a profile for the launcher but the G Hub software reverted to the desktop default profile as soon as the game started. I tried manually creating a profile for the game's .exe file but when I select it nothing happens and no new profile is created. I tried making a profile for Steam itself, but again it switches back to the default desktop profile as soon as the game starts. I'm going to try a separate profile for the desktop and see if that holds. Anyone have any luck with this? It' super annoying because the Logitech profile somehow prevents you from selecting certain keys in the game's settings. I'm really not impressed with this software so far.

If you have also installed a "Logitech Gaming Software" application, then quit that process. I'm fairly sure the two applications don't play nice together, and they're confusing to troubleshoot because of the UI.

In the Logitech G HUB software, configure your profile, and look for an option to make that "persistent." Thereafter, your configuration should just work.

Ideally, you would want to keep your profiles organized, such as a set of profiles designated for your Batman game (not the Steam client). But making your profile persistent would be the workaround.

Yeah, the G HUB software is good. But if you still can't get it to work with BAA, then just make do with the default controls described in the PDF manual. The BAA game, and its sequel, are quite worthwhile. The weird controls would be due to trying to support consoles.

I had the same issue. Adding a file titled ShippingPC-BmGame.exe located in the Binaries folder of the game instead of Batman.exe worked for me.
