i just started it on windows 10, the problem must be on your side drivers etc.

Edit: Fixed. Windows Defender was blocking the game from writing config and savegame files.

Here is the fix, download Directx end runner times (june 2010) from internet install it after that
go to steam and right click on the game, now go to properties go to the browse local tab this will take you to the game files.
next go on search bar and type (.exe) this should open up another window in that window find psyx_9.09.0814 etc click on it and install it also install Dxsetup from this same menu
Lastly look for this 3 files in the same (.exe} menu: shippingpc,bmlauncher,bmstartup
and right click them, go to properties for each one and make them compatible with windows8.

It's Windows Defender. If you're getting 'unauthorised changes blocked' notifications when launching the game, click on the ones relating to this game and allow access. There are 2 you need to allow. Windows defender is stopping the game from writing config files.

BMLauncher.exe
ShippingPC-BMGame.exe

You have to allow those apps under ransomeware protection in Windows Defender to get the game to start. Weird.

Sorry to hear that :( this worked for me I had the directx error I don't know what error you have.

You needed Physx Legacy Driver + NET 2-3.5 installed + Visual C++ 2005/2008 x86 and x64 and it will run.

i have a similar issue, when i plug my lap to the dock station the sound does not work properly, anybody have an idea why?

Disable other audio devices from Windows and leave just the dock. Should fix the issue
