How to enable rain on batsuit?

I’ve seen some people managed to do this. Is there an instruction to do this? I kind of like it better when, in remaster where they actually add rain

There is no such effect in the original game. Not even a mod for such a thing.

The remaster is only available for consoles. PC players are stuck with the original version so I'm guessing there is no such way to have those rain effects on PC outside of a mod (which may or may not exist, I don't know).

There is no such mod for PCs. There is a remaster of Asylum and City available only on Xbox One and PS4, where the games were rebuilt in Unreal Engine 4 and some newer effects were also added.

There is a rain effect in the scarecrow sections. GPunity said that it could be possible with UE Explorer, but they aren't sure if it would work or not.
