How do I reach Medical Care lower floor?

Hi,

As the game seems to get near its end (although the menu says 74%, Joker invited me to the final battle at the cell block), I wanted to finish the hunt for Riddler's objects. The Riddler's map for Medical Care says, I left a lot of objects unsolved in the lower floor of that building, but the elevator won't open (I remember that I got poisoned with Scarecrow's gas when I took this elevator the first time, so I think I was there and I guess that many of this missing question marks are behind elements, I could not solve in the first run due to missing equipment).
Maybe there is another way, but I don't remember how i left there, so I can't retrace my steps.

Is there a way down, so that I can complete the Riddler's Quests? Or is the cell block not the final stage, and the way down there is reopened soon enough to complete those loose strings?

Pull the vent cover off the wall near the elevator. When in doubt, scan in Detective Vision.

Thanks, now I found it. I thought, after checked the vent with the Riddler trophy in it, that I found all vents, but I missed that one.

i got a problem, i want to go back to the Bane's room to take some Riddler trophy, but the door with the joker face paint on is not active, and there no other door to this room, it will be awesome if someone have an idea
