Controller Support?

This games controller support exists apparently. I haven't found it though.

Xbox one. Works for everything else I use with controller support.

Weird, it should work fine then. Have you done the usual verify the game cache, update drivers, reboot PC, unplug and replug-in controller?

Verify game cache? I'll try. Usually never my problem, though saying that could lead to a problem.

Generally speaking, if you're having any sort of issue, you should try those things. Sometimes something as simple as turning it off and on again is all you need.

Nuggets' "advice" is anything but. Though the methods mentioned are acceptable in general, they're not at all addressing the issue at hand. Anyone with even the basest understanding of the communication between input and output, or even just having clicked the launch button, would recognise that almost immediately.

I forgot about this thread or that it even exists because the problem resolved itself years ago. The Golden Age of unhelpful forum posts and answers is still thriving I see.
