❗Forced censorship. Don't spend your money on this game
Developers censored paid content not even 1 months after it's release. You will pay for the character that might be changed design-wise in the future. Developers are radio silent about this situatuion, not providing any feedback/refunds to the community. These changes were instant and silent. If they won't rollback the censorship, then it's not worth to play this game and spend money on the content that will be nerfed in not even distant future.

For all the players who don't want this game to die: you should send your feedback via ONLINE chat in game (Feedback tab, wait for the queue, then tell them that you won't tolerate these changes. They will tell you that they receive a lot of feedback like this in the past couple of days - this only means that you should spam it more).
Spam this in Wuwa's official twitter account, not only EN one, but JP, KR etc. Attach the screenshot so people could see it

Players will be happy with any of these solutions:
> A complete rollback of censorship and no censorship in the future.
> Separation of the Global and Chinese servers. No censorship on the Global server.
> The ability to disable censorship by editing game files (Girl's Frontline, Snowbreak).
> Fully uncensored steam release. But we won't wait for it quetly if you won't provide the official statement

Please, don't stay silent if you don't want this game to die

Cantarella's design changes were listed as "fixes" in the game's changelogs, while Fleurdelyse's design changes were not listed at all. Think carefully about what the developers will "fix" next time. Fix the cleavage of all the characters? Fix the adult plot by turning it into Disneyland? Make all of the characters wear diapers? Nothing even remotely resembling swimwear in a game whose core design feature is the sea?

Gacha games core mechanic is gambling, they are NOT meant for kids. Stop making this beautiful game cater to kids like the other game from another developers whom you have surpassed in game quality, mechanics, combat system, story and visuals. Stand on your own ground. Otherwise you are just as pathetic as them

Before you all go crazy, look into how much promotion opportunity, algorithm presence and visibility a game rated 16+ loses compared to a game that's 12+. It's not as simple choosing an audience to cater to.

Given Kuro's track record, this was likely a quick fix in an attempt to revert that rating and they'll probably implement a proper solution later.

So are we going to speculate, quietly letting slide the fact that they changed the paid content? If they had made an official statement and said that the problem would be solved, people wouldn't have had such a reaction. Instead, they remain silent, giving the appearance of waiting for the discontent to subside on its own.
It is precisely because they are silent that the players must speak.

Also, it is obvious that there will be no quick fix, the game rating is still 16+ and there is a message which pops up in-game asking players for confirmation that they are already 16 years old

They have a looong history of addressing all issues that can be addressed. They've also put insane effort into creating a game that steps up the quality Hoyo got us used to ten-fold. There's no way they would censor anything just because.

Considering the circumstances (and there's another thread here sharing said circumstances), making an official statement might not be the best idea until they have something in place. It's a delicate subject to navigate.

I mean, yes, leave feedback, just not necessarily hate or demands. I trust that they'll do the best they can to maintain a level of fanservice they can get away with.

this is entirely the reason why they've applied censorship "the game rating is still 16+ and there is a message which pops up in-game asking players for confirmation that they are already 16 "

"No censorship on the Global server." tell that to the feminist cause they are one of the reason why this happened, but if you think about it they're probably really the reason why it happened

Genshin got censored a year or two in. They offered free outfits (would you believe I couldn't say s k i n ? ) for the problem characters (why the heck they chose some of them is beyond me) but players still kept the old outfits. Then a few months later, they released character with massive side boobage and have gotten skimpier and skimpier.

Saying this because I bet the WuWa censorship issue will turn out to be a tempest in a teapot.

I don't care who was the reason. I am a consumer. If the content which I'm buying is getting censored, then I won't buy it anymore. And potential new players from Steam might know what will happen with their purchases in the future so they could avoid this game if the censorship remains.

You can't apply an outfit to the boss model, and Genshin models are still much more "modest". They even don't show any skin under their spats, not to mention any form of cleavage like Cantarella's or Camellya's

now this is just blatant ignorance and idiotic at the same time, as a consumer you should know the reason why did the product change.. for example in this scenario the price of the egg rose up then you said "I don't care who was the reason. I am a consumer." is pretty stupid cause a lot of context is missing, you don't know why it rose it just rose up without reason

Tell me straight up, are you against the censorship in video games or are you pro-censorship? I am telling the potential consumers that the content on which they will spend their money might and will be changed. So it's their decision to play this game and spend money on it.

Are u rly pulled Cantarella only for her camel toe, which was seen only in few angles, and u are mad now about they corrected that? Also Cartethyia is changed before her release as resonator. If u are so down bad use mods to your liking to change it back. But if u seek nudity and sexual content in game who is not 18+ and focused on adult content, u have a problem. Just go touch grass or play adult games lol. :zhongqibei:

And I'm sure you're a female player who don't spend money on the game because you're saving astrites for male characters. Funny seeing twitter users in here who really think that there will be more males if females get censored

No? So what now? It's still a fact you didn't pull her for that one line. You're actually re- if you think what you're mad about is an actual issue.
You can't think if you bring arguments like that. The whole cast will be censored sooner or later because of this precedent, same thing with altering future designs. I don't think I need to make excuses on whom I pull in the game that has scenes like this in it's trailers
