[REQUEST] Please Add Portuguese (PT-BR) Translation/Subtitles

Hi Kuro Games team and fellow players,

With Wuthering Waves officially launching on Steam on April 28, 2025, many Brazilian players are extremely excited to finally enjoy the game on this platform.

However, we would like to make an important request:
Please consider adding Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR) language support — at least subtitles!

Why is this important?

Currently, we have to play the game in English, which makes it very difficult for many players in Brazil to fully enjoy the experience. Wuthering Waves has a rich and complex story, detailed tutorials, and important in-game information that are not easily understood by everyone who isn’t fluent in English.

This language barrier prevents a large portion of the community from truly engaging with the game and its world. Brazil has one of the largest gaming communities in the world, and we are always eager to support new and ambitious titles like Wuthering Waves. But accessibility through localization is essential for that support to grow.

What we’re hoping for:

Subtitles and user interface in Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR)

Translation of menus, tutorials, item descriptions, and quests

Subtitles in story cutscenes and voice dialogues

We know localization takes effort, but it can make a huge difference in player experience and community engagement. Adding PT-BR would show appreciation for your international player base and help Wuthering Waves reach its full potential in Brazil.
