the best and easiest IMO is carlotta zhezhi shorekeeper/verina
my reason her rotation is so easy and she's range dps so u can dodge from a far.
but best friendly to f2p is phoebe rover spectro and verina.
phoebe is equal or a bit below charlotta in term of damage but her team is easy to get and you get most reliable travel character on huanglong
