Sound problem steam/2.4

Hey, I don't know if this is a steam version bug or a 2.4 bug but after switching to steam for the new version my sound settings are all over the place. Some sound are low others are very high for example the parry is really loud when enemy attack sounds like swinging/ dashing are really quiet.
I haven't changed anything in my setup besides downloading it on steam.

Same here, the combat sounds are very loud, other sound effects are normal

It's not just Steam, it's on the standalone launcher version of the game too. I launched and tested both. Just gotta way for a patch I suppose

thank god its not just me, been having this on the standalone launcher and was considering downloading it on steam to see if it would fix.

Those of you having audio issues, did you download the game on Steam or export it from the Kuro launcher?

I have the same Issue not using Steam. I am on the Stajndalone Client!

I think you mean 2.3. I had to double check we're on 2.3 or 2.4 lmao. Anyway, this happens to me as well on their original client. I hope they take note of this asap cause it's really annoying. I mean, you could lower the volume for sound effects, but then everything else is awfully quiet, so this ruins the immersiveness.

I logged in yesterday for dailies and it's still bugged. As soon as I enter a fight the sound effects go to 11 while the voices and music sound muffled

For the people having this problem, how recent is your hardware? I encountered a similar problem in another game and apparently it was caused by certain combinations of CPUs and GPUs. That's why there's not a lot of people reporting the problem, only a handful
