I believe you... I really tried to like GFL2, but week after week of just auto battling everything made me realize its just not the game for me. I need something more manual to keep me engaged.

GFL2 has a solid x-com base but never does anything with it. Story is good but gameplay is garbage. You have no reason to bother playing manualy unless its some switch shananigans.

Gameplay is totally different, I'm wonder how you compare it... and GFL2 is way too easy with auto play despite have X-com mechanic which should be hard
