Make sure you have launched the game.
Try restarting the Nvidia app and/or your computer, and clicking the refresh option in the Nvidia app.
I currently have 2 Wuthering Waves in my NV app: one for the launcher version and one for the Steam version, and it automatically applied the DLSS options to the Steam version.
Yup definitely modding and not interacting with proprietary software from Nvidia.
That aside, why use DLSS and not DLAA?
Either way, this is simply a dll tweak. Games like this only care when you start doing things to gain an advantage, like teleporting around or getting items quicker than humanly possible. Having a clearer DLSS is not even close.
