it worked for a while but went back to the same thing. it just released so i guess it will get fixed soon

no idea I disabled everything and powertoyz still not working then i trun off discord and wallpaper engine and it started working then i truned on everything and still working I have no idea wtf happend

a ok I turn off waterfox and I can start the game

If you are using Windhawk you can prevent this by adding the Steam folder for Wuthering Waves to Windhawk's excluded process list (Settings > Advanced > More Advanced).

Thanks this helped, also even if you just add Client-Win64-Shipping.exe it also works.

its working now i had to turn off wallpaper engine and windhawk.so weird
