Dx11 option?
Don't see any setting switch it to dx11 since it have no launcher. My pc have problem running game dx12

I'm not sure which is the launch option for wuwa but try to add '-dx11' in launch options, see if it works or you can just change the launch path to open the launcher instead

Need to go to properties and in launch options type

-dx11

it will force a shader recompile.
