I just noticed that she has that thing in her cleavage, which I never noticed before. I looked up images and videos, and it seems like it was always there, but I never noticed it before; I always thought she had a cleavage. Maybe they changed the color or transparency? I'm pretty sure something changed. Do you see it too?

Yeah, it was because of those Genshin players complaining for no reason. They spammed the reviews saying it was “inappropriate“, so wuwa had to change some thing around. Stupid Genshin.

She always had a transparent piece there. The transparency depends on the lightning, sometimes it appears more white and sometimes almost matches the color of her skin.

See, that's why we need a separate uncensored client, people are starting freaking out and being paranoid of the new censorships. To the love of god, please send them feedback in-game asking for the separation of CN and Global servers, leaving the censorship for CN / an uncensored Steam release / or the ability to disable the censorship by changing the game files, like devs did in Snowbreak.

they also censored phoebs because she used to not have underware she used to just have white texture in the area or pantsu i forgot witch

Technically she was censored before her release. There are some texture files inside the game which devs forgot to delete, she used to have panties poking through her tights. You can check how it was supposed to look on gamebanana

Have you seen much information about censorship in general? Sanhua's tattoo was also removed before the release, but no one talks about it despite the fact that her trailer emphasizes the tattoo

Yeah, basically not a tattoo anymore. I would say they did a good job if they had moved the tattoo under the tights, but it's just a drawing now, not an actual tattoo

i don't mind censorship during the beta or development
but if they censor a character that's been released and people paid to get (cantarella) and not giving any kind of compensation, then it's not ok
