Download Speeds are abysmal; I cannot seem to find a fix.

I started the download when I went to bed and when I woke up it was downloading at around 200~500kbps - more or less. It was not this slow when I last checked it. Around 15gb of the 30gb+ update had been completed.

I have tried:

- Restarting my PC
- I am using Wired Connection
- Using a DNS
- Flushing DNS, etc.
- I have tried using the WuWa launcher and Steam - they're both suffering the same issue.
- I have attempted to use a VPN. This works briefly, but for around less than a minute before lagging itself again.
- My Internet is not fantastic (5-7megabytes a second) - but dropping to 200-500kbps is not normal.

I have nothing else up, I have nothing else downloading, no one else is using any computers or downloading anything on my connection. I am genuinely at a loss on what I could do. Restarting the game tends to help for a bit longer, but that's putting it very nicely.

I've been battling this issue for shy of 2 hours now. I've swapped the external SSD to a different port (back port - which it should've been to begin with.)

Whilst my download speeds are still... desirable, It's not dropping past 2mb anymore and is floating around 2-5mb.

I'll keep this post updated in case anyone else runs into issues like this.
