In Single player I can't seem to play it again without the red skulls being gone and having all of the weapons from the Beginning. How do I start a new game from scratch?

i have been trying to find this for years... i don't think its possible.

I've tried every guide and step by step tutorial and it always right back to 100% completion.

Wipe your cloud save. That should work.

If you know how, thatd be great. IDK how to delete files from the steam cloud, and after a short google no one else does either, all tutorials show local data deletion and those methods dont work

Maybe I mis-remembered then. However, you can turn off the cloud in the properties on the game page, the little gear there. If you turn it off then delete your local, the game will have ZERO idea you ever played. I think once you get the new save you can turn cloud back on and it'll say "out of sync" or something and just pick "use local" or "over-ride with local" something like that it's been a while. That should do the trick. I hope at least. Otherwise, just keep cloud OFF and play locally and have fun.

To start a new game from scratch, you not only have to turn off "cloud saves", you have to delete the local save file. Not easy to find. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\10253305\35150\remote\autosave.lcgolsave The instructions I saw say to move that file to a new location, but I imagine you could just delete it. The game will create a fresh one when a new game is started.
