Lost save game

I was playing the game and it crashed, then when I went back in it was as if I had never played the game before. All puzzles were set back to 0.

Save is in C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\Local\Pixel_Puzzles_Ultimate. Check to see if the save file is empty.

It might just be a connection issue with steam, is it all back yet?

The only file in that folder is ppu.ini

Ok it may have been overwritten after the game was relaunched. I'll make due with what I have. Thank you for replying.

There is also steam cloud saving if that helps

That's unfortunately not how the Steam Cloud saves work. Because I already opened the game and created a new save, the old save has been overwritten when I exited the game.

But just to be certain, I deleted the save file and then Verified Game Integrity, and it is the same. Then I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it is still an empty save.

Have the same problem. When I turned on the game two or three days ago I noticed that my entire progress was gone, except for the hints and gold pieces. The puzzle packs also say that I have finished puzzles, but when I click a puzzle pack it shows like I haven't done any of them.

This, exactly. Thank you for the better explanation, I was a little overworked when I originally wrote this.
