I can't see anything when launch game

When I launched this game, it appear white screen and mouse cursor.
I can hear some sounds when I move mouse cursor, but I can't see anything, except White!

please check this :(

Hardware 980 2xSLI & 4k display.
OS Windows 7 64bit

This isn't a problem I was previously aware of, and sadly I can't guarantee that I'll be able to solve it any time soon. I'd recommend you get your refund and I'll shoot you a key if/when I fix it.
