Launch into black screen

So, I'll launch the game and it'll run just fine with the exception that it launches into a black screen. The menus, controls and sound (from what I could hear) work just fine. If i could get this into windowed mode, I would be able to determin if it's a complete graphical error, or just a full screen error.
