Not able to play the game

I recently bought this game but I am not able to play it.
When I start it there is only a blackscreen, but I can hear the sounds when I move my mouse.
My PC is very good so that's not the problem. I'm sorry but if you are not able to fix that issue I want my monay back. (sry for bad english)

Would be helpful to be able to launch it in windowed I guess

i had a black screen with sounds but no video on windows 10 x64, was able to get it working after running in compatibility mode for windows 8.
