how do you pronounce Calamis's name?

I thought they pronounced it a bit weird in the intro (unless I misheard), I always assumed it's pronounced similarly to "calamity" but maybe I was wrong?

My brain always read it as Calamus as in the plant (which I have a dnd character named after). So I always just pronounced it that way.
