Where do you find the manual for the controls?

Ok looking for the file that holds the manual for the game so I can see all the controls please!

Ok so I clicked on the link and took me to a blank screen why?

While sitting in a vehicle, you can press F1 on your keyboard, then you'll see all vehicle shortcuts.
