CANNOT GET THE GAME TO RUN! HELP!
I got this game running before, but now it seems that every time I try to get the game running, it says that it is preparing to start the game, but it never does. Does anyone know of a fix for this? I have a Windows 8.1 laptop with an Intel Core i3 processor and Intel HD 4000 graphics card. It ran fine before, but now it won't even start up at all. Not even an error message! Please help! :(

Oh damn, I was literally coming to say the same thing (identical issue, won't load, no error message, nothing)! Windows 10, Intel Core i7-3610QM, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M. (Wish I'd checked here sooner, I just performed a clean install of Windows 10 to no avail.)

You'll want to send them your computer specs when you message them. To do that you can go to 'Start' and search for dxDiag. Run this program. It should give you a window that looks like this: https://wayforward.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/dxDiag.jpg

Please send them the information you find in these sections. You can download it as a txt file or send a screenshot.

I'm having trouble running it but I'm on Win 7. Whenever I try it I get an error saying MSF_Academy.exe has stopped working. I sent an email to support last week but still haven't heard back.

I'm having that problem too. It just shows a black screen with the games logo on the lower right corner and never loads. Please fix.
