V-Sync won't stay on
I'm turing V Sync on in the Video Options menu, but when I leave the menu and come back, V Sync is back to 'off'. Is this happening to anyone else?

Are you using Nvidia? In that case you could use the control panel to turn V-Sync on.

Yep... Hit 'apply'. Using AMD 7950.

Then you should try to open the graphic settings from main menu. Some games don't change settings during gameplay.

you can change settings anytime in this game
Then I don't see why "Apply" is greyed out, if you should be able to change settings during gameplay. What I wrote as reason, would most likely be the case, since many games were programmed this way.

I understand why you wrote it but your comment was general and I am saying that in this game you can change settings anytime.

I'm trying to turn V Sync on from the AMD control center, but that's not working either. I'm getting major screen tearing with it being off.

I understood, what you were saying. :) I just said, then this issue would be odd in case of this game.
Hey go into your ini. files and look for the vsync option then save and go into options in that file and do "read only" it wont change.
