All I hear is "Versager" (loser), "das war ein Befehl" (that was an order) and "Feigling" (coward). The "song" seems to be about the Führer having lots of problems with his generals. ^^

Btw, the scenes are from the German movie "Der Untergang", which tells the whole Story about the Führer losing WWII.
