Mein Leben (minor spolier)

Once you beat the game on uber you unlock mein leben difficulty, plays much like uber however you get only ONE life and you can not save at all. you are warned of this when you begin a game on this difficulty. however I did not at first realise this means your progress is not saved at all so if you crash or quit the game at all you are back to the start. I found out the hard way when I jumped out to go to bed jsut after reaching the docks.

So if you have a mind to beat the game on this admitidly hard as nails mode, dont make any plans for the rest of the day. Good luck.

P.S if anyone dose manage to beat mine liben let us know if theres another difficulty beyond that, posibly were you have only 1 life 1 hp and only your trusty pipe to see you through.

Thankfully the Dev's didnt include this as an Achievement
i always try to earn evey single player achievement in every game i play, but when i see an achievement that requires the player to play the entire game in one sitting i never even attempt it
Max Payne 3 had an achievement like that as well
i simply cant be at a computer playing a game for 5-8-10 Hrs straight

Is it really called "Mine Liben" or "Mein Leben"?

Because after I completed the game on "Bring 'em on" I unlocked the "Mein Leben" difficutly....and it has the exact same description like "Mine Liben".

In case you're not an old geezer like me and didn't already know, when I originally played Wolfenstein 3D, back in the 90s', when you fragged some of the enemies, they would scream ... " mein leben " ... as they died. So, technically, this is a reference to the old Wolfenstein 3D game.

My first foray into this series in a long time and I like to throw myself into the hardest settings possible and see if I can grasp the challenge. Its pretty damn brutal especially at the halfway point right before you enter the village area. Even worse as I have to restart checkpoints and chapters everal time to get all the collectibles. No way am I touching this game again once I am done... I am either going to move in directly to The New order in Uber or take a break with something a little more relaxing like Pillers of Eternity.

It aint a Wolfenstein game without the legendary MEIN LEBEN Quote from the game,i havent played TOB yet and neither TNO but i really really want more MEIN LEBEN in the new Wolfenstein title thats currently being worked on,MEIN LEBEN is what Wolfenstein is popular for the most ;D
