Well there is a simple explanation. They didn't. It was a free upgrade for them. I know because I was one of them.
But I got a little soft spot for that game, you might say. Not because of it's quallity. But because of devs continuous suppport for well over a year after release, maybe even over 2 I think. I was there the whole nine yards, so I know how much the game improved.
And it was fun to just kill some dinos with friends. You might say it was so bad it was good thing.
I got it when it came out spent 2 months sticking up for it then a year pissed because it was broken beyond words lol now they rereleased it under another name its not so bad
EDIT: I realize this could be taken sarcastically. Not at all my intent.
You're the only troll here. 10 hours is more then enough for full priced games and has been that way since the playstation 1.
