Bad framerate and lot of drops with a GTX 970...

Hello ! I have a really bad framerate in Ultra with this game... I have 30-60 fps non constant...

My config : GTX 970 , I7 4770K , 8 Go of ram ...

Gigabyte (GB): There are 1024MB in one gigabyte.

Case in point 4 GB = 4096 MB

There is no mysterious 4.1 GB VRAM, just 4GB.
So again tell me how you can use 4.1 GB VRAM on a 4GB VRAM GPU like you claimed again?

So the card can handles 4mb less than 4100mb. as I say I just rounded it up by 4, its hardly a crime. It ran higher than 3.5 and had no issues.

It's not a big woop because you lied outright saying GPU uses more VRAM than is available
Meanwhile here is a relevant test on how the VRAM is used without extended shadows

Peaks @ 4498 MB VRAM
You can replicate the test, but we all know you wont, just because that's your defense

Nvidia even announced and admitted to the mistake (i personally think it was done on purpose)

If you purchased a gtx970 you are elligible for $75 back depending on where you purchased it from because of this. I also believe there was a lawsuit im not sure

I have a GTX 970 and yes, the first run of the game at max settings gave me less than 30fps, but oddly enough when I ran the game again exactly the same, it now runs great at around 60fps.
