Uber hero achievement (complete game uber mode) not unlocking

so I finally finished the game on Uber difficulty, without ever changing the difficulty settings throughout. I got the Super Hero achievement, but not the Uber Hero as it was supposed to. Is this a common bug? Any suggestions to make this work? Thanks

Doesn't look like you completed it from other achievements you have, and don't have. You ain't saved Kessler or Annette yet, apparently.

You may have to play through again. I can't remember what happened but I did find situations where I would rejoin my saved game and it would be on a lower difficulty setting. I know the challenge maps will always default to the silver level setting. If you play through again, make sure you've got it set on uber when you start and check your difficulty settings again shortly after you start.

The same for me, I've just finished the game in Uber mode from the very beginning without changing the difficulty and checking if it stay on Uber at every chapter. However the Uber hero achievement is not unlocking... I've tried to do only the Chapter 8 in Uber but the problem remain the same.
Any solutions ?

Played this game on Uber from start to finish and no achievement (no Super Hero achievement either). Sigh.
