Any fix for the blinking / flashing screen at start-up?
Decided to purchase the game last night. Got home from work and had an hour to kill, so I load it up. I'm greeted with a screen that flashes constantly as the company logos roll in. And I loved the irony when the "Warning: Epilepsy" concerns came up.

I've scoured the internet and haven't been able to find anything that actually solves the problem. And it's enormously painful to try to modify anything in the options menu since it keeps "blacking out" or flickering. There are fixes for most problems out there, but I've yet to find one for this particular issue. Any help?

Rig:
GeForce GTX 980 (updated with latest drivers, 368.95)
Intel i7-5820K, 3.30 GHZ
16 GB Ram
Using Microsoft 10 (which I didn't want, but it does appear on the recent compatability list)

Hey, Cav. Try what I did. Go to your display settings (usually available with a right-click on the desktop). From there go to Advanced Display Settings. From there (and I'm on Windows 10) go to Display Adaptor Properties. Go to the Monitor tab and select a different refresh rate. For me, changing it from 60 hertz to 59 hertz fixed it.

I noticed it was a full-screen issue when I enlarged a game trailer to full-screen and experienced the same flickering. Turns out, it wasn't the game, but my monitors refresh rate.

Even if you have a different version of Windows, and a slightly different path to navigate for the right options, I'd try changing the monitors refresh rate.

Just wanted to add this fixed the issue for me. Thanks.
