Challenge requirements for Gold?

I've completed the game on "I am death incarnate" and I'm meeting the requirement for Gold medals in challenges, however I'm not getting gold.

What's the go with that - is it a known problem and what's the workaround?

Are you sure you're doing challenges on the highest difficulty? Can't get Gold on low difficulties regardless of the score.

So... How do I change the difficulty of the challenges - when my save has been on the same difficulty through ~2 play throughs on "I am death incarnate"?

There's a button to change difficulty on the challenge selection screen.

Play on Death Incarnate and get many headshots as possible.

Got them all now!

Wulfburg Square was the only one that caused problems... Ended up climbing into the tower and picked them off - you really don't get much ammo to start off in that one...

One last achievement to get - complete the game on Uber.
Seems trivial that I haven't done it yet, but it'll be mine soon.

Just play the last level on Uber idk if that works.

It does work, same thing for New order
