It is awkward, but you have to hold down ALT + W to poke your head over the ledge while holding the pistol. ALT + A to lean left, ALT + D to lean right. As far as I can see, it has to be the pistol.

ah ok ill try it btw when it told me how to do it i miss clicked it off screen and yea i dont see anywhere in game that tells u how to do it again thanks anyway ill try it later love the game and thanks again
