One character missing

Currently having an issue with the characters, it appears I am missing a character from Docks, and on the collectible Characters tab that person is inbetween Heavy Soldier and Greta.

Can't seem to find that person.

If I remember correctly (it's been quite a while since I played this), the collectible characters are unlocked by finding all the old silver in the nightmare mazes (activated by finding the bed in each chapter) - one character unlocks for every maze you clean out. So you are missing old silver somewhere.
In this regard, take note that the Prologue has two mazes (a bottom and a top level; same bed, but with a secret door from the bottom level to the top level) - the top level can be missed easily. Together there are 10 mazes (8 chapters + 2 in the prologue).
So the only way to unlock that character is to replay the mazes and get ALL the old silver. (For further reference see my Steam guide on this matter.)

That's strange, I actually don't have that guy... when I go into docks though it shows up as the nightmare dog rather than the blue guy...

The dog is in the prologue (German Alps chapter)
